I agree that the Photographer’s sitting fee is a professional fee which includes a digital mini-contact sheet. It does not include proofs or enlargements. The Photographer will own all negatives and copyright to the images unless a written agreement exists to the contrary. No other warranties or guarantees have been promised by the Photographer or his representatives. I have read, understood and agree to the above.
